Largely Translations

" Largely Translations "

by Suzán Jiván

Performed on YouTube

Largely translations
laid out
and hard to embrace
through a maze
of widely anticipated
plausible saliency
fast awakening
and up to date
In negociation
as a coterie
near completion
modestly
and cautiously
with a small light
turned on inside
once in a while
Starting out
as a fractal
without pitch
or timbre
modestly
picturing
the naïveté
as a stranger
shall we say
Down to the sources
of each tone
along slippery slopes
by probing pathos
further away
from per se
As a warm attachment
to the past
walking or chattering
like glowing amber
somewhere
As the hapless
stepping stones
neither knowing
nor mastering
stratospheres
of inanity
with fine madness
scandalously stacked
As aimless characters
making pitiable statements
like madcap beanbag chairs
trying to spark odd concoctions
dancing in the dark
embarking with eyebrows arched...
